Dear Valued Rain Tech Customers,
I would first like to thank you for the many years of support we have received, and express our gratitude for the opportunity to continue our business amidst the COVID-19 crisis.
Changes to Services
As a result of these unprecedented times, I have been forced to shut down parts of my service department, due to employees opting out of working in favor of the unemployment stimulus package. However, I plan to complete all the installations scheduled prior to the COVID -19 shutdown, which are expected to be completed by mid June. Looking to the future, it saddens me to announce that I will be letting go the rest of my staff and will be moving forward as a one person operation. I will no longer be offering new installations, major remodels, and Start up or Winterization services.
Services I will continue to offer are:
- General Irrigation Repairs and Adjustments
- Controller Conversions to WiFi
- Sprinkler Head Conversions to Pressure Regulating Heads
- Assessments for Current System Modifications to Conserve Water Use
- Design and Consultation Services
- Water Saving System Upgrades
Although this was a difficult decision, we feel confident this temporary downsize in service capacity will help us to move forward during this time of uncertainty and restructuring. Although this change may be difficult, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue providing services, and look to re-growth in the future. As always, my priority is to provide the highest level of customer service and expertise I can.
